Graduation Information

🎓 Attention ECVS Seniors, Families & Staff! 🎓

Senior year is flying by, and we are excited to celebrate the ECVS Class of 2026! Please review the important reminders and upcoming dates below:

If you have not already RSVP’d, please complete the form by March 27, 2026.

📌 Graduation Requirements

Seniors should continue monitoring their credits to ensure all graduation requirements are met.

If you have questions about credits, transcripts, or final coursework, please contact Mrs. Hundt.

 

💻 Tech Requirements to Walk in Graduation

• May 11–15, 2026 – Tech Drop-Off Days

📍 500 Main Street, Eau Claire, WI 54701

Students must have all fees paid through MySchoolBucks prior to graduation rehearsal day.

**IF YOU DO NOT TURN IN YOUR TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT OR HAVE FEES ON GRADUATION DAY - YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WALK IN THE CEREMONY!!**

 

📅 Important Upcoming Dates

• Cap & Gown Orders Due no later than March 13th to ensure delivery before graduation – Order here:

• May 10, 2026 – Last Day for Seniors

• May 20, 2026 – Graduation Ceremony

 

📄 Final Transcripts

Final transcripts will be sent to colleges after graduation. Seniors attending a post-secondary institution must submit their final transcript request through Parchment.

 

🎓 GRADUATION DETAILS

🎓 Rehearsal

Wednesday, May 20 – DeLong Middle School

5:15–6:30 PM – Students arrive and rehearsal begins

(Approximately 75 minutes)

 

🎓 Graduation Ceremony

Wednesday, May 20 – DeLong Middle School

6:30 PM – Doors open (Graduates line up in hallway outside auditorium)

7:00 PM – Ceremony begins

7:45 PM – Ceremony concludes

 

✨ Reception to follow in the upstairs cafeteria

(Punch and cupcakes will be served. This is a great time for photos!)

🎓 Diplomas will be distributed at the reception.
