EAU CLAIRE VIRTUAL SCHOOL

ECVS is currently accepting Alternate Open Enrollment Applications for 4th-12th grade students. Enrollment for 1st semester ECASD Students closed on October 31st, 2025.

 2nd semester enrollment will open December 1st, 2025 for ECASD students.

Frequently Asked Enrollment Questions:

Who can enroll in ECVS?
ECVS is open for Wisconsin students entering 4th through 12th grade. 

When is enrollment open?

ECVS is currently accepting Alternate Open Enrollment Applications for ECASD 4th-12th grade students. Enrollment for 1st semester ECASD Students closed on October 31st, 2025.

Enrollment for Semester 2 will open for the 2025-2026 school year on Monday, December 1st, 2025, and remain open until Friday, February 27th, 2026.

Can students with Special Education needs enroll in ECVS?
Yes. If a student has an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and receives special education services, the IEP team will determine if the student's disability related needs can be met within ECVS and if placement is appropriate. 

Can students with Multilingual Learner needs enroll in ECVS?
If a student qualifies for Multilingual Learner (ML) programming and receives Multilingual Learner services, the ML consult team will determine if the student's Multilingual language needs can be met within ECVS.
