ECVS Curriculum
ECVS Students Grades 4-12 use Pearson Connexus as a primary curriculum resource. This online management system connects learners and families with online courses, teachers, and resources to provide a flexible education. Pearson helps students succeed online, enables teachers to customize learning and teach their own way, and supports parents as learning coaches.
Students have access to ECASD resources through Clever, including Math, ELA, Library & Research, eBooks and Video Media, Science, Social Studies, Music, Art, Phy Ed, and Technology. All resources are aligned to Wisconsin academic standards to provide an engaging and rigorous learning opportunity for students.

2025-2026 Registration
For grades 6-12, registration for 2025-2026 school year will open on March 31, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. and close at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, 2025. For grades 6-12, ECVS will assign math, ELA, social studies, science and music/physical education. Students will select 2 electives per semester. Your course options are outlined for in the Eau Claire Virtual School Course Catalog 2025-2026. Registration is completed through Skyward. How do I access my Pearson Observer account?
All families have access to see how your student is doing on Pearson activities. If you have an account, you can access it from the ECVS home page at Home - Eau Claire Virtual School. If you forgot your password, click on the three dots next to the word “LOGIN” and then choose “Forgot Password.” If you do not have an observer account, please contact our secretary, Debbie Nemitz, at 715-852-3501 or dnemitz@ecasd.us.
